Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Guido Looschelders, Bessemerstraße 82 (10. Call, inform. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification on the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. Gone. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

    Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly pass.
